Known as an “Anglo-Indian evolution”, tikka masala was developed by the British, based on a typical Indian cuisine flavour profile. This curry is normally made with roasted pieces of chicken, slow cooked in a creamy yogurt and spice mix.
An all time favourite spice blend with punchy heat – to generously sprinkle over oiled pieces of chicken, beef, lamb or seafood prior to, and during cooking. Alternatively, knead into bread dough before baking, shake onto roasted potato wedges or stir through some cream cheese for the ultimate chip or bread dipper.
Made using traditional methods, Yamasa Soy Sauce is preferred by many japanese for its delectably rich flavor, crisp and spicy aroma as well as brilliant red color. Product contains alcohol.
