Delivery/Shipping Policy

1. Same Day / Next Day Delivery

a) Order placed before 4pm will be same day delivery, after will be the next day delivery.
* Subject to availability

b) Any Circumstances that lead to a need of redelivery to customer, the costs will be borne by the customer.

c) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website is accurate and complete. The Meatz will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.

2) Self Pick Up @ The Meatz Grocer

 There is 2 slots to self pick up your order with us:
* 12pm – 1pm
* 5pm – 6pm
