Haloumi has a robust texture and deeply savoury flavour. Its capacity to be grilled, barbecued or fried without losing its shape has made it such a must have in the fridge.
Cooking instructions :
Slice into 1cm thick slices. Pan fry over media hear for 1 minutes until both sides are lightly golden and centre is soft. Keep refrigerated at 1-50c, consume within 3 days of opening.
